ANEOC in Southern Europe (2016)
In 2016, the whirlwind of conscience engulfed the Balkan Peninsula, which has suffered constant wars for thousands of years and whose historical sites and modern buildings alike fully bear the scars of war. The members of FOWPAL visited the Balkan Peninsula and actively promoted the endorsement of the Declaration for the Movement of An Era of Conscience. In 10 days, people from over 37 countries showed their supports to the declaration.
